Common questions
Will these fit my bike if it's not a Globalbike.co?
Almost certainly. The stands, ramps, tie-downs, and chain tools are all universal-fitment — designed for any standard motorcycle or dirt bike. Two notes: the Rear Paddock Stand — Spool Mount needs M8 or M10 swingarm spools fitted to your bike (the Universal version doesn't). And the Front Wheel Stand fits most 17"+ front wheels but not very narrow trial-bike tyres.
How fast do they ship?
Held at our Cheltenham warehouse — dispatched next business day. Most metro Australian addresses receive within 2–5 business days. Regional and WA/NT a touch longer.
Are they really branded with Globalbike.co?
Yes. The stands, lifts, tie-downs, and bigger frame items all carry our printed or laser-etched mark. The chain brush and chain tool are unbranded utility items but specified to the same standard as the branded ones.
What happens if it doesn't fit or I change my mind?
Return it within 14 days in original condition for a full refund. We pay return shipping for fitment issues; otherwise return shipping is at your cost. Email hello@globalbike.co or call 1300 DIALED.
Do you carry spare parts for accessories?
For the stands and lifts, yes — bobbins, casters, and hydraulic seals can be ordered through our workshop. Call 1300 DIALED with your SKU and we'll source what you need.
