Refund policy

We get it — sometimes things don’t go to plan. You’ve got 30 days from the day your gear lands to send it back.

To be eligible, your ride or gear needs to be in the same condition you got it — unused,
unmarked, with all tags and original packaging. Keep your proof of purchase handy.

To start a return, hit us at support@globalbike.co.
We’ll send you a return label and the how-to. Returns sent without approval won’t make it past the gate.

Damaged or wrong item?
Check your order as soon as it arrives. If something’s off — damaged, defective, or just not what you ordered — email us right away so we can sort it fast.

What can’t be returned
We don’t take back custom gear, personal items, hazardous materials, or anything
flammable.
Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. No exceptions.

Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we’ll confirm if it’s approved.
Approved refunds hit your original payment method within 10 business days (banks can be slow — give them a minute).
