Where We Ship

We ship to all Australian states and territories including Tasmania, the Northern Territory, and regional/remote areas. Due to safety regulations regarding large lithium-ion batteries, all electric bikes are shipped exclusively via specialised ground freight.

 We do not currently offer international shipping or air freight for e-bike orders.

Order Processing & Cut-off Times

  - Order cut-off time: 2:00 PM (AEST), Monday to Friday.

  - Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  - Handling time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).

Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, delivery takes 2–8 business days depending on your location.

All timeframes are estimates and are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of purchase. Delivery is Monday to Friday only — no weekend deliveries.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery postcode and the weight and dimensions of your order. All shipping costs are displayed clearly in AUD before you finalise your purchase. There are no hidden fees.

Our Carriers

We partner with DHL and specialised heavy freight carriers to ensure your high-value order arrives safely and on time. All electric bikes are fully insured during transit from our warehouse to your delivery address.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your delivery. You can also track your order via:

  - The DHL website or app (for DHL shipments)

  - Your Globalbike.co order status page

If you have not received tracking information within 4 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Electric Bikes & Large Items

Electric bikes are classified as heavy freight due to their size, weight, and lithium-ion battery components. Please note:

  - All e-bikes are shipped via ground freight only in compliance with Australian dangerous goods transport regulations for lithium-ion batteries.

  - Delivery is door-to-door for most metro and regional addresses.

  - Some remote locations may require collection from a local freight depot. We will contact you directly if this applies to your order before dispatch.

  - Someone must be available to receive the delivery. The courier may not be able to leave large freight items unattended.

Parts & Accessories

Parts and accessories are shipped separately from bikes and may arrive via a different carrier. Tracking details will be provided for each shipment.

Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us within 48 hours at support@globalbike.co so we can resolve the issue promptly. Do not discard any packaging until you have inspected your order.
