Test Ride Waiver

1. The Ride
You’re about to take a globalbike.co electric bike (“Bike”) for a spin. These machines are built for freedom — not fear. Respect it, ride it right, and it’ll love you back. Treat it rough, and it’ll remind you who’s in charge.

2. Who Can Ride
You confirm that:

• You’re 18 or older, or riding under adult supervision.
• You’re confident and capable on a bike.
• You’ll wear a helmet and follow any safety directions given.
• You understand some models exceed public road wattage limits and are for
  private property or off-road use only.

3. Risk — You Ride, You Decide
E-bikes move fast. So does the ground. By hopping on, you accept every bump, slide, and adrenaline rush that comes with it.
You agree that globalbike.co Pty Ltd (ACN 685 752 907), its directors, staff, and affiliates aren’t responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to you, your gear, or anyone else. You ride at your own risk — and we mean that literally.

4. Liability Release
By signing, you release globalbike.co from any and all claims that might come from your test ride — including if we forgot to remind you which way is “go.” You also agree to indemnify us for any damage or loss that happens during or because of your ride.
In short: we make the bikes, you take the ride, you own the risk.

5. Damage — Bend It, You Own It
You know the rule — when you borrow your mate’s bike and bend it, you own it. Same story here. If you drop it, scratch it, or send it somewhere it shouldn’t go, you agree to cover the reasonable cost to repair or replace it.
We’re not out to sting you — just to keep it fair and keep the next rider smiling.

6. Media + Data
We might capture photos or video during your test ride. By signing, you’re giving us the green light to use your image or likeness in any GBC content. Don’t worry — we’ll only use the shots that make you look fast.

7. Final Word
Ride smart. Ride safe. Have fun.
